'24' gets a lesson in torture from the experts
Mon Feb 12, 2007
By that, they did not mean bloodier or more savage. Instead, they wanted "24" to show torture subjects taking weeks or months to break, spitting out false or unreliable intelligence, and even dying. As they do in the real world.
Apple Is Really A Hardware Company
Mon Feb 5, 2007
Too bad you won't get aero glass and all that "shinier finish and sharp little touches" with Parallels on the MacBook... I assume it will work in Boot Camp though. Personally, I'll wait for 10.5 before I pay for Vista...

Wed Nov 29, 2006

House Democrat Wants Draft Reinstated
Sun Nov 19, 2006
I agree that this is a ploy to point out the hypocrisy of the current administration and they know full well it would never pass, however I think it is a plan that could easily backfire.
GOP Chooses Boehner as Minority Leader
Fri Nov 17, 2006
hehe, Blunt is Boehner's whip... Oh why am I so juvenile... And no, I didn't read the piece...
Al-Qaida 'planted information to encourage US invasion'
Fri Nov 17, 2006
And only 5 years too late, yeah, effective...
Nightmare in Congo: More Vicious than Rape
Fri Nov 17, 2006
What do you expect the UN to do? The security council can't do anything without countries like the USA to send troops. I'm sure Kofi Annan has a notepad beside his desk with "take care of unthinkable horror" down near the bottom.
